How it works

Provider invites
Set the Ontario property, named report recipient and each adult applicant’s email.
Adults consent
Each adult signs separately. Their documents remain locked until consent is recorded.
Applicant submits
Upload the adaptive checklist or explain unavailable evidence. Verification starts automatically.
Both receive facts
The applicant and named recipient receive the same factual verification report.
